Hi, I’m Lindsey Graves
Creative Visual Storyteller & Aspiring Marketer
I’m a fourth-year student at Chapman University Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, majoring in Public Relations, Advertising, and Entertainment Marketing with a minor in Art History.
I have always been an observer at heart, which is a defining quality of my work. I notice details that tend to slip through the cracks, and highlight them to bring to life the beauty of the unnoticed. I am creative, organized, and passionate about starting my career in advertising or entertainment marketing.
I’m always open to connecting and co-creating. I’m eager to collaborate, learn from industry professionals, and bring my creative perspective to meaningful projects. As I begin my career in advertising and entertainment marketing, I hope to bring my perspective to projects that inspire and challenge me to grow. Reach out anytime—I would love to work together.
Latest Work
Right now, I’m in the midst of my senior thesis project, creating an entertainment marketing campaign for the film Gina Catchatori Eats Men. This has been an incredible opportunity to gain experience designing a full, cohesive campaign for a movie, and I can’t wait to share the final campaign at the end of the semester.
I learned to navigate Seed&Spark and created a comprehensive crowdfunding campaign, including the story, video, quotations, detailed donation incentives, and wishlist items—all paired with visuals I designed to capture the tone of the film. Since our campaign launched on October 17th, we’ve raised $8,950 toward our $7,000 goal. I’m incredibly proud of this achievement and excited to see how the crew’s talents come together when the film is finished.
As the Marketing Director, I’ve spent the past few months developing a campaign that embodies and effectively promotes the film. I began in June by launching an Instagram page, creating key art and mood boards, generating publicity ideas, building a website for the film, researching film festivals, and, most importantly, crowdfunding for the production.
If you are interested in donating or seeing the campaign I created, you can check it out here.
